The sampling panel is one of the modules of a composite measuring system. More information here. The panel is adapted for continuous measurement and has a service mode, which allows to continue the operation of subsequent measuring elements during maintenance, for this purpose there is a number of ball valves with which it is possible to divert the flow to the bypass line. In addition, a cut-off valve is installed to prevent the flow from reversing.

The measuring chamber allows the use of 2 measuring sensors at the same time. Depending on the configuration, the following parameters are available: 
- conductivity, 
- oxygen, 
- free chlorine
- Redox potential
- pH etc.
The chamber is equipped with its own regulating valves, which allows to regulate not only the output flow (to create back pressure and to break up bubbles) but also to adjust the input flow to reduce the pressure in the measuring chamber.
The cell is made of PMMA, which is fully compliant with all directives and can be used in food production. However, it has a limitation on the temperature range, so the panel is not compatible with hot CIP

Premium quality armature

An important factor in the production of a quality product is the use of premium grade fittings. The fittings used are not only compliant with international standards such as ISO ASTME etc., but are also widely used in harsh environments and are considered market leaders.

Production process

Fusetrick manufactures all samplers at its specialised production facility in Ukraine. The production was launched in the second half of 2022. Modern equipment and qualified staff is what allows us to perform our work qualitatively. 

The acquisition of an electric locking unit in the middle of 2023 allowed us to expand our capabilities. 
We are proud that all our panels and fittings undergo a thorough electropolishing cycle. This procedure gives the final product a mirror-like surface and increased corrosion resistance due to simultaneous passivation.
