The main purpose of this panel is to optimise the measurement process, i.e. if you have one measuring device (any of the Fusetrick measuring panel modifications), you can expand the number of sampling points.
This panel consists of:


- Automatic valves 


This module is a fully automated device for sequential sampling according to customisable algorithms. The valves are pneumatically actuated and function in normally closed mode, which ensures system safety and eliminates the possibility of mixing different samples even in case of power or control air problems.


- Variable area flowmeter 


The use of a VA flowmeter allows you to significantly reduce the cost of this solution while maintaining the main advantages such as: flow rate control and the use of a validity bit (to store and validate data for further processing). - PLC


The system is controlled using a Siemens programmable logic controller (PLC). Functioning algorithms can be customised to meet the specific needs of the customer. The PLC is equipped with a variety of communication interfaces such as Profibus, Profinet, as well as digital and analogue signal, which allows it to be integrated into almost any system or used as a separate module.

Advantages:

  • Increasing the number of sampling points helps to reduce the need for additional measurement equipment by allowing sequential sampling from different points.
  • A variety of measuring equipment, including mass flow meters, can be optionally installed on the panel.
  • The panel is adapted to all types of CIP/SIP processes (on-site washing/sterilisation). 
  • The control controller is based on Siemens technology, allowing it to be integrated into an existing system via various interfaces. 
  • Measurement sequence algorithms can be customised and adapted for each channel. 
  • VA flowmeters allow precise flow adjustment as well as visual verification of the homogeneity of the sample (i.e. no bubbles of unbound/undissolved gases)
